Re-platforming a SaaS off a no-code stack onto its own backend

A B2B SaaS platform · ~180k users

We rebuilt the product backend on Django and PostgreSQL, migrated the full user base and billing off a legacy no-code platform, and ran a wire-format-compatible cutover with zero customer-facing downtime — moving hosting to AWS, rebuilding the data pipelines, and bringing payments onto Stripe.
